为建立能准确描述2198‐T3态铝锂合金充液拉深成形的本构模型并合理制定成形工艺参数,采用单向拉伸实验测定2198‐T3态铝锂合金0°、45°、90°方向的真实应力‐应变曲线,并通过不同本构方程拟合材料变形抗力曲线。结果表明,具有初始屈服应力的幂函数本构方程对板材不同方向的试验数据拟合较好;2198‐T3态铝锂合金板材塑性应变比 r为0.931,具有良好的拉深性能;采用DYNAFOM 有限元分析软件对充液拉深成形过程进行数值模拟,并对获得的成形性能参数进行验证。

The true stress‐strain curves of 2198‐T3 aluminum‐lithium alloy in three different orientations (0° ,45° and 90°) were measured by uniaxial tensile test and fitted with different constitutive equations in order to establish an accurate constitutive model and obtain optimum forming parameters of the hydro‐mechanical deep drawing for the alloy .The results showed that the power law with initial yield stress was accurate for the different directions of the sheet .Meanwhile ,the plastic strain ratio r was 0.931 , indicating excellent drawing performance .Subsequently ,the hydro‐mechanical deep drawing simulation of this alloy was conduc‐ted by numerical simulation with DYNAFORM and the results were analyzed to verify the forming parameters .
