以经过拉深筋变形后板材后续冲压成形性能为研究对象,通过对板材后续成形性能特征及变化规律进行系统的研究,分析拉深筋主要结构参数对板材后续成形性能的影响,揭示了板材经拉深筋变形产生的等效预应变量与板材后续成形性能的关系。研究表明,板材后续屈服强度大于毛坯板材的屈服强度,当等效预应变小于一定值时,后续强度极限小于毛坯板材的强度极限,相应可以确定硬化指数 n值及板厚方向性系数 r ;当等效预应变较大时,后续强度极限大于毛坯板材的强度极限,n值及r值无法确定。
以經過拉深觔變形後闆材後續遲壓成形性能為研究對象,通過對闆材後續成形性能特徵及變化規律進行繫統的研究,分析拉深觔主要結構參數對闆材後續成形性能的影響,揭示瞭闆材經拉深觔變形產生的等效預應變量與闆材後續成形性能的關繫。研究錶明,闆材後續屈服彊度大于毛坯闆材的屈服彊度,噹等效預應變小于一定值時,後續彊度極限小于毛坯闆材的彊度極限,相應可以確定硬化指數 n值及闆厚方嚮性繫數 r ;噹等效預應變較大時,後續彊度極限大于毛坯闆材的彊度極限,n值及r值無法確定。

The subsequent stamping formability of the plate after pre‐deformation via the drawbead was studied .The characteris‐tics and variation rules of the subsequent forming formability of the plate were investigated by experiments .The influence of the main structural parameters of drawbead on the subsequent forming quality of the plate was analyzed .The relationship between the equivalent pre‐strain of the sheet after the drawbead deformation and subsequent forming formability of the plate was revealed . The results showed that the subsequent yield strength of the plate is greater than yield strength of the plate blank .When the e‐quivalent pre‐strain was less than a certain value ,the subsequent ultimate strength was less than the ultimate strength of the plate blank ,and the corresponding hardening exponent n and directionality coefficient of plate thickness r can be determined .When the equivalent pre‐strain was larger ,the subsequent ultimate strength was larger than the ultimate strength of the plate blank ,and the corresponding n and r were difficult to be determined .
