目的:探讨足三里穴位注射参麦注射液对全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)大鼠IL-6和IL-8水平的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分成空白对照组、针刺治疗组、生理盐水组和参麦注射液组,每组10只。采用大鼠尾静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素(LPS)制备SIRS大鼠动物模型。造模1 h后,针刺治疗组针刺足三里,留针5 min;生理盐水组足三里穴位注射生理盐水,0.1 mL/100 g;参麦注射液组足三里穴位注射参麦注射液,0.1 mL/100 g,以后每24 h给药1次。空白对照组不予药物干预。5 d后,予大鼠腹主动脉采血,测量血清生化指标(ALT、AST和CREA)和炎症因子(IL-6和IL-8)水平。结果:与空白对照组比较,参麦注射液组、针刺治疗组和生理盐水组CREA、ALT、AST、IL-6及IL-8水平升高(P<0.05);与针刺治疗组及生理盐水组比较,参麦注射液组CREA、ALT、AST、IL-6及IL-8水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液通过足三里穴位注射能够显著抑制SIRS大鼠炎性细胞因子IL-6和IL-8的表达,显著改善大鼠肝肾功能,发挥了抗SIRS的作用。

목적:탐토족삼리혈위주사삼맥주사액대전신염증반응종합정(SIRS)대서IL-6화IL-8수평적영향。방법:40지SD대서수궤분성공백대조조、침자치료조、생리염수조화삼맥주사액조,매조10지。채용대서미정맥주사대장간균내독소(LPS)제비SIRS대서동물모형。조모1 h후,침자치료조침자족삼리,류침5 min;생리염수조족삼리혈위주사생리염수,0.1 mL/100 g;삼맥주사액조족삼리혈위주사삼맥주사액,0.1 mL/100 g,이후매24 h급약1차。공백대조조불여약물간예。5 d후,여대서복주동맥채혈,측량혈청생화지표(ALT、AST화CREA)화염증인자(IL-6화IL-8)수평。결과:여공백대조조비교,삼맥주사액조、침자치료조화생리염수조CREA、ALT、AST、IL-6급IL-8수평승고(P<0.05);여침자치료조급생리염수조비교,삼맥주사액조CREA、ALT、AST、IL-6급IL-8수평명현강저(P<0.05)。결론:삼맥주사액통과족삼리혈위주사능구현저억제SIRS대서염성세포인자IL-6화IL-8적표체,현저개선대서간신공능,발휘료항SIRS적작용。
Objective:To study the effect of Shenmai injection injected in Zusanli acupoint on the content of IL-6 and IL-8 in SIRS rats. Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,acupuncture treatment group,normal saline group and the Shenmai injection group with 10 rats in each group.SIRS rats models were established by injecting LPS in caudal vein. 1 h after model establishment,except blank control group,acupuncture treatment group acupuncture Zusanli acupoint,retaining needle 5 min and normal saline group and the Shenmai injection group inject normal saline (0.1 mL/100 g) and shenmai injection (0.1 mL/100 g)in Zusanli acupoint respectively,each 1 time per 24 h. 5 days after treatment,bio-chemical indexes(ALT,AST CREA)and inflammatory factors(IL-6 and IL-8)levels were measured through extracting the blood of the abdominal aorta in rats. Results:Compared with the blank control group,the serum ALT,AST,CREA,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in acupuncture treatment group,normal saline group and Shenmai injection group were increased (P<0.05). Compared with acupuncture treatment group and normal saline group,the serum ALT,AST,CREA,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in Shenmai injection group were decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shenmai injection injected in Zusanli acupoint can significantly inhibit the expression of inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and IL-8 in SIRS rats,improve the function of liver and kidney of rats and play the role of anti-SIRS.
