目的：观察电针腹部腧穴对单纯性肥胖患者血脂和血清脂联素含量的影响。方法：106例病例随机分为两组，治疗组54例采用电针腹部腧穴疗法，对照组52例采用电针传统体穴疗法，测量两组患者治疗前后的身高、体重，计算体重指数（BMI）；测量腰围、臀围，计算腰臀比值；检测血脂、血清脂联素含量。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组腰围、腰臀比降低，总胆固醇、甘油三酯显著下降（P<0.05，P<0.01），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显升高（P<0.05）。两组治疗后血清脂联素均明显升高，但治疗组上升尤为明显。结论：电针腹部腧穴较电针传统体穴治疗单纯性肥胖患者有显著优势，适于临床推广应用。
목적：관찰전침복부수혈대단순성비반환자혈지화혈청지련소함량적영향。방법：106례병례수궤분위량조，치료조54례채용전침복부수혈요법，대조조52례채용전침전통체혈요법，측량량조환자치료전후적신고、체중，계산체중지수（BMI）；측량요위、둔위，계산요둔비치；검측혈지、혈청지련소함량。결과：여대조조비교，치료조요위、요둔비강저，총담고순、감유삼지현저하강（P<0.05，P<0.01），고밀도지단백담고순명현승고（P<0.05）。량조치료후혈청지련소균명현승고，단치료조상승우위명현。결론：전침복부수혈교전침전통체혈치료단순성비반환자유현저우세，괄우림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture upon belly acupoints on contents of blood lipids and serum adiponectin of patients with simple obesity. Methods:Patients in treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture on belly acupoints,while patients in control group were treated with electro-acupuncture on conventional body acupoints. The patients′body mass index(BMI),waistline,hip circumference,waist-to-hipratio and blood fat index were observed before and after the treatment. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)was adopted to observe the patients′serum adiponectin content before and after being treated. Results:Compared with control group,waistline,waist-to-hipra-tio,contents of total cholesterol and triglycerides of patients were decreased,content of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased in treatment group (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture upon belly acupoints has more advantages than electro-acupuncture upon conventional body acupoints,so electro-acupuncture upon belly acu-points in treating simple obesity deserves to promote in clinical practice.
