Myricetin%in vivo%in vitro%HPLC
目的：建立杨梅素体内外分析方法。方法：采用HPLC法，Century SIL BDS C18（200 mm×4.6 mm）色谱柱，流动相：甲醇-水-磷酸（57∶43∶0.02），检测波长：254 nm，流速：10 mL/min，柱温：30℃。结果：杨梅素溶液在体外的线性范围是8.72μg/mL～17.44μg/mL，体内的线性范围是30μg/mL～130μg/mL。结论：该方法简便、准确、重现性好，可作为制剂的含量测定方法。

목적：건립양매소체내외분석방법。방법：채용HPLC법，Century SIL BDS C18（200 mm×4.6 mm）색보주，류동상：갑순-수-린산（57∶43∶0.02），검측파장：254 nm，류속：10 mL/min，주온：30℃。결과：양매소용액재체외적선성범위시8.72μg/mL～17.44μg/mL，체내적선성범위시30μg/mL～130μg/mL。결론：해방법간편、준학、중현성호，가작위제제적함량측정방법。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of myricetin in vivo and in vitro. Methods:The HPLC was performed on Century SIL BDS C18 column (200 mm ×4.6 mm)with methanol:water:phosphoric acid (57∶43∶0.02)as mobile phase. Flow rate was 10 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:The standard curve of myricetin in vitro was rectilinear within the range of 8.72 μg/mL~17.44 μg/mL.The standard curve of myricetin in vivo was rectilinear within the range of 30 μg/mL~130 μg/mL. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and good reproducible,and could be used for the method of content determination.
