目的:建立白英中甾体类总生物碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用醇提-酸醇水解法提取白英中的总生物碱,分离得到甾体类总生物碱,用紫外-可见分光光度法,以澳洲茄胺为对照,溴甲酚绿为显色剂,在412 nm处测定吸光度值,计算白英中甾体总生物碱的含量。结果:澳洲茄胺在1.6μg/mL~9.6μg/mL范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为88.70%~102.2%(n=9),RSD为3.09%~4.96%,不同来源的白英药材中甾体总生物碱的含量有一定的差异。结论:该方法准确、简单、灵敏,适合测定白英药材中甾体类总生物碱的含量,并且可为白英的质量评价提供理论参考。

목적:건립백영중치체류총생물감함량적측정방법。방법:채용순제-산순수해법제취백영중적총생물감,분리득도치체류총생물감,용자외-가견분광광도법,이오주가알위대조,추갑분록위현색제,재412 nm처측정흡광도치,계산백영중치체총생물감적함량。결과:오주가알재1.6μg/mL~9.6μg/mL범위내여흡광도치정량호적선성관계(r=0.9995),평균회수솔위88.70%~102.2%(n=9),RSD위3.09%~4.96%,불동래원적백영약재중치체총생물감적함량유일정적차이。결론:해방법준학、간단、령민,괄합측정백영약재중치체류총생물감적함량,병차가위백영적질량평개제공이론삼고。
Objective:To establish the assay method of steroidal total alkaloids content in Solanum lyratum Thumb.. Methods:After extracting total alkaloids by the method of ethanol extracting-hydrolyzing with acid and ethanol,steroidal total alkaloids were isolated. Then its absorbance at the point of 412 nm was observed by the ultraviolet-visible spec-trophotometry and its content was calculated. Results:The solasodine curve was linear over the range of 1.6 μg/mL~9.6μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 5. The average recovery rate were 88.70%~102.2%(RSD=3.09%~4.96%,n=9). The contents of steroidal alkaloids in Solanum lyratum Thumb. which was from different samples had statistically difference. Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple,sensitive and reproducible,especially for the detection of steroidal alkaloids con-tent in Solanum lyratum Thumb. It can provide a theoretical reference for the quality evaluation of Solanum lyratum Thumb..
