目的:验证薏苡仁油/β-环糊精包合物的稳定性。方法:以主要成分甘油三油酸酯含量为测定指标,分别对薏苡仁油包合物和物理混合物进行高温、光解和耐高湿实验。结果:在光、热、湿等因素影响下,包合物中甘油三油酸酯的含量变化明显小于物理混合物。结论:薏苡仁油β-环糊精包合物具有一定的抗光解性、热稳定性和湿稳定性。
目的:驗證薏苡仁油/β-環糊精包閤物的穩定性。方法:以主要成分甘油三油痠酯含量為測定指標,分彆對薏苡仁油包閤物和物理混閤物進行高溫、光解和耐高濕實驗。結果:在光、熱、濕等因素影響下,包閤物中甘油三油痠酯的含量變化明顯小于物理混閤物。結論:薏苡仁油β-環糊精包閤物具有一定的抗光解性、熱穩定性和濕穩定性。
목적:험증의이인유/β-배호정포합물적은정성。방법:이주요성분감유삼유산지함량위측정지표,분별대의이인유포합물화물리혼합물진행고온、광해화내고습실험。결과:재광、열、습등인소영향하,포합물중감유삼유산지적함량변화명현소우물리혼합물。결론:의이인유β-배호정포합물구유일정적항광해성、열은정성화습은정성。
Objective:To verify the stability of β-cyclodextrin clathrate of coix see d oil. Method:We underwent high tem-perature,photolysis and moisture resistant experiment of clathrate and physical mixture of coix seed oil with triolein con-tent as measurement indicators. Result:Under the influences of light,heat,humidity and other factors,change of triolein content in clathrate was less than that in physical mixture. Conclusion:β-cyclodextrin clathrate of coix seed oil has a certain properties of anti-photolysis,thermal stability and moisture stability.
