目的:研究VEGF、VEGF-R2在糖尿病动物模型视网膜中的表达。方法:选择叙利亚金黄地鼠作为实验动物,腹腔内注射2%链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病动物模型,采用免疫组化染色法检测其视网膜中VEGF、VEGF-R2表达情况。结果:模型组视网膜中VEGF、VEGF-R2阳性表达均高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:2%链脲佐菌素致高血糖动物模型视网膜中VEGF、VEGF-R2阳性表达与人类糖尿病及糖尿病性视网膜病变的表现十分相似,该模型可用于研究糖尿病性视网膜病变的发生、发展机制。
目的:研究VEGF、VEGF-R2在糖尿病動物模型視網膜中的錶達。方法:選擇敘利亞金黃地鼠作為實驗動物,腹腔內註射2%鏈脲佐菌素建立糖尿病動物模型,採用免疫組化染色法檢測其視網膜中VEGF、VEGF-R2錶達情況。結果:模型組視網膜中VEGF、VEGF-R2暘性錶達均高于正常對照組(P<0.01)。結論:2%鏈脲佐菌素緻高血糖動物模型視網膜中VEGF、VEGF-R2暘性錶達與人類糖尿病及糖尿病性視網膜病變的錶現十分相似,該模型可用于研究糖尿病性視網膜病變的髮生、髮展機製。
목적:연구VEGF、VEGF-R2재당뇨병동물모형시망막중적표체。방법:선택서리아금황지서작위실험동물,복강내주사2%련뇨좌균소건립당뇨병동물모형,채용면역조화염색법검측기시망막중VEGF、VEGF-R2표체정황。결과:모형조시망막중VEGF、VEGF-R2양성표체균고우정상대조조(P<0.01)。결론:2%련뇨좌균소치고혈당동물모형시망막중VEGF、VEGF-R2양성표체여인류당뇨병급당뇨병성시망막병변적표현십분상사,해모형가용우연구당뇨병성시망막병변적발생、발전궤제。
Objective:To study VEGF and VEGF-R2 expressions in retina of diabetes animal models. Method:The diabetes models in Syrian golden mice were established by injection of 2% streptozotocin.VEGF,VEGF-R2 expressions in the retina were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results:The positive expressions of VEGF and VEGF-R2 in retina of the model group were higher than those in normal control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The positive expressions of VEGF and VEGF-R2 in retina of hyperglycemia models induced by 2% streptozotocin was similar to those in patients with diabetes and diabetic retinopathy.The model can be used to study the mechanism of diabetic retinopathy.
