对于渐进成形工艺成形锥形件,当成形角度大于极限成形角时,需采用多道次成形。多道次成形路径设计相对复杂,通过参数化路径可有效简化成形路径设计过程。文章基于ANSYS/LS‐DYNA平台建立了金属板料外轮廓支撑渐进成形的有限元模型,以壁厚均匀为目标,通过数值模拟对一定口径和深度的75°锥形件进行路径设计和优化,得到了75°锥形件渐进成形的参数化路径方程,并对其进行实验验证。验证结果表明,该参数化路径在一定范围内可行。

For the conical parts formed by incremental forming process ,the multi‐stage forming process should be used when the forming angle is greater than limit forming angle .It is relatively complex to design the multi‐stage forming paths .Parametric path can effectively simplify the design process of forming path .The finite element model of incremental forming process with the con‐tour supporting was built based on software ANSYS/LS‐DYNA .With uniform wall thickness as the goal ,the paths of 75° conical parts with certain diameter and depth were designed and optimized through the numerical simulation .According to the forming paths of 75° conical parts with different diameters and depths ,the parametric equation of 75° conical parts was gained .And the e‐quation was verified by the experiments and the numerical simulations in a certain range .The results show that the parametric e‐quation can be used in a certain range .
