采用LS‐DYNA软件对某帽型不锈钢车顶弯梁零件位移控制模式下的拉弯成形进行模拟分析,有效预测了拉弯过程中可能存在的成形缺陷,如截面畸变、中间段弓起、回弹,并提出了相应的解决方案,为该车顶弯梁的精确拉弯成形提供指导。

Stretch bending is a complex forming process because of multi‐factor coupling interaction ,such as part size ,section shape and dimensions ,material properties and forming process parameters ,and the quality of forming part is difficult to be con‐trolled .Numerical simulation of displacement‐controlled stretch bending of a hat‐typed stainless‐steel roof curve beam was carried out by using LS‐DYNA .The simulation shows that some forming defects (section distortion ,arching in the middle section ,spri‐ngback ,etc .) may exist in the stretch bending ,and the corresponding solutions were put forward ,which provides guidance for precise bending of the part in the future actual production .
