目的：探讨单孔胸腔镜在肺周围型结核瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法：根据纳入和排除标准，选择肺楔形切除手术治疗的肺周围型结核瘤患者48例，根据手术方式不同分为观察组和对照组两组，其中观察组22例为单孔胸腔镜手术组；对照组26例为开放手术组，观察手术治疗效果。结果：两组手术均顺利完成，无一病发支气管胸膜瘘、脓胸、结核播散及呼吸功能不全。观察组与对照组上述各指标进行对比显示，观察组患者性别、年龄、病变部位、住院围手术期费用和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论：单孔胸腔镜下楔形切除肺周围型结核瘤疗效确切，既能缩短整个治疗周期，又可以达到更加微创化和快速康复的目的。

Objective: to study the single hole of thoracoscope in the treatment of peripheral pulmonary tuberculoma applica-tion. Methods:based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, select a wedge resection in the treatment of 48 cases of peripheral pul-monary tuberculoma, divided into two groups depending on the surgical group and the control group, of which 22 patients in the observation group for single hole-assisted thoracic surgery group; 26 cases of the control group for the open surgery group, ob-servation of surgical outcomes. Results: the group operation was successfully completed, no incidence of bronchopleural fistula and pyothorax spread, TB and respiratory insufficiency. Study group and the control group comparing each of these indicators shows that observer group of gender, age, location, length of hospital stay in patients with peri-operative costs and no significant difference between the control group (P>0. 05) . Conclusion:single-hole video-assisted Thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung tuberculoma therapeutic around, which can shorten the entire treatment cycle and achieve the goal of more minimally invasive and faster recovery.
