目的：对围绝经期妇女月经与相关因素的调查进行相关性分析。方法：自行设计调查问卷，采用现场调查模式。采用流行病学研究设计方法，运用自行设计调查问卷与国际通用量表相结合的方式进行问卷调查。录入国际通用量表，分析1800份有效问卷。结果：总人群当中，月经正常者835人(46.4%)，月经异常者965人(53.6%)。两组围绝经期妇女一般人口学特征、围绝经期综合征的部分症状、月经伴发疾病、认知及就医态度比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：加强围绝经期妇女的健康教育，使其提高自我监测和自我保健能力。
목적：대위절경기부녀월경여상관인소적조사진행상관성분석。방법：자행설계조사문권，채용현장조사모식。채용류행병학연구설계방법，운용자행설계조사문권여국제통용량표상결합적방식진행문권조사。록입국제통용량표，분석1800빈유효문권。결과：총인군당중，월경정상자835인(46.4%)，월경이상자965인(53.6%)。량조위절경기부녀일반인구학특정、위절경기종합정적부분증상、월경반발질병、인지급취의태도비교균유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론：가강위절경기부녀적건강교육，사기제고자아감측화자아보건능력。
Objective: to menstruation in perimenopausal women and related factors of correlation analysis. Methods: the de-signed questionnaire and field survey mode. Used epidemiological study design, using its own questionnaire was designed with a combination of international scale questionnaire. Entry international scale analysis of 1 800 valid questionnaires. Results: the total crowd and menstruation was normal in 835 (46. 4%) , menstrual abnormalities, 965 (53. 6%) . Two sets of general de-mographic characteristics of perimenopausal women, some symptoms of perimenopause syndrome, menstrual associated with dis-ease, cognitive and medical attitudes showed significant differences ( P<0. 05) . Conclusions: strengthening health education for peri-menopausal women, improve its self-monitoring and self-care ability.
