目的：分析老年2型糖尿病病人的炎症因子水平和认知功能障碍之间的相关性。方法：研究开展的时间为2013年6月-2014年6月，选取该期间内本院收治的160例老年2型糖尿病患者（观察组）及同期收治的80例非糖尿病患者（对照组），监测所有患者的各项生化指标、炎症因子，并评估其MMSE评分状况，数据资料经SPSS 15.0软件作分析处理。结果：研究发现，经检查观察组患者的IL-β、CRP、HOMA-IR、HbA1c、WHR、BMI水平均明显高于对照组，P<0.05，且其MMSE评分低于对照组，P<0.05。MMSE评分与上述各项炎症因子之间为负相关关系。结论：老年2型糖尿病患者的炎症因子水平对其认知障碍具有重要影响。

Objective:to analyze the level of inflammatory factors in senile type 2 diabetes patients and the correlation between cognitive impairment.
