目的：分析循证护理在胃肠外科管道护理中的应用效果。方法：我院在2012年11月至2014年11月抽取了100例胃肠外科的住院患者进行护理干预模式的临床应用分析，这100例患者随机等分为两组，对照组50例，实验组50例，对照组的患者给予常规护理干预模式，实验组给予循证护理模式进行干预。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：实验组患者的住院时间、不良事件的发生几率、住院费用较对照组明显要少，两组对比差异显著，具有统计学意义，孕<0.05。结论：对胃肠外科的住院患者进行循证护理的干预模式可以提高临床护理的效果，值得在推广应用。
