目的:观察针刺背俞穴对代谢综合征(MS)脂代谢紊乱的干预效果,以期为临床调节MS提供一种安全有效的非药物治疗方法。方法依纳入标准选择76例MS患者,并将其随机分为对照组39例和治疗组37例,对照组采取常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上加用针刺疗法。治疗40 d后比较两组体重指数(BMI)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等指标的变化。结果对照组治疗前后 TC、TG、LDL-C 比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后体重指数和高密度脂蛋白比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗前后BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组治疗后BMI、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺背俞穴干预MS,可显著降低TG、TC、LDL-C水平,改善HDL-C水平,提示针刺干预具有调节MS脂代谢紊乱的作用。

목적:관찰침자배유혈대대사종합정(MS)지대사문란적간예효과,이기위림상조절MS제공일충안전유효적비약물치료방법。방법의납입표준선택76례MS환자,병장기수궤분위대조조39례화치료조37례,대조조채취상규약물치료,치료조재상규약물치료기출상가용침자요법。치료40 d후비교량조체중지수(BMI)、혈청총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、저밀도지단백(LDL-C)、고밀도지단백(HDL-C)등지표적변화。결과대조조치료전후 TC、TG、LDL-C 비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),대조조치료전후체중지수화고밀도지단백비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);치료조치료전후BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05,P<0.01);량조치료후BMI、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론침자배유혈간예MS,가현저강저TG、TC、LDL-C수평,개선HDL-C수평,제시침자간예구유조절MS지대사문란적작용。
ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of acupuncture at Back-Shu points in treating lipid metabolism dysfunction due to metabolic syndrome (MS), for providing a safe and effective non-drug treatment for MS.MethodSeventy-six eligible MS patients were randomized into a control group of 39 cases and a treatment group of 37 cases. The control group was intervenedby regular medication, while the treatment group was additionally intervened by acupuncture. Forty days later, the changes of the Body Mass Index (BMI), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were observed.ResultIn the control group, TC, TG, and LDL-C levels were changed significantly after intervention (P<0.05), while the BMI and HDL-C were insignificantly changed (P>0.05); in the treatment group, BMI, TC, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C were significantly changed after intervention (P<0.05,P<0.01); after intervention, there were significant differences in comparing BMI, TC, LDL-C, and HDL-C between the two groups (P<0.01).ConclusionAcupuncture at Back-Shu points can markedly down-regulate the TG, TC, LDL-C levels and enhance the HDL-C level in MS, indicating that acupuncture can regulate the lipid metabolism dysfunction in MS.
