目的:探讨螺旋CT动态多期扫描模式在肝细胞癌临床诊断中的意义。方法:选取2008年至2013年经病理诊断确诊为肝细胞癌的患者83例,对患者CT 扫描的影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果:螺旋CT扫描中动脉期、门静脉期、延迟期的检出率均显著高于平扫模式( P<0.05)。平扫模式检出52例信号为低密度或等密度,增强动脉期明显强化81例,门静脉期67例主要表现为低密度信号,延迟期75例患者信号为低密度,变化特点为速升速降。结论:螺旋CT动态多期扫描相比平扫局域检出率更高,还能够更清楚反映肝细胞癌的特征,对肝癌早期诊断有较高的临床价值。

목적:탐토라선CT동태다기소묘모식재간세포암림상진단중적의의。방법:선취2008년지2013년경병리진단학진위간세포암적환자83례,대환자CT 소묘적영상학자료진행회고성분석。결과:라선CT소묘중동맥기、문정맥기、연지기적검출솔균현저고우평소모식( P<0.05)。평소모식검출52례신호위저밀도혹등밀도,증강동맥기명현강화81례,문정맥기67례주요표현위저밀도신호,연지기75례환자신호위저밀도,변화특점위속승속강。결론:라선CT동태다기소묘상비평소국역검출솔경고,환능구경청초반영간세포암적특정,대간암조기진단유교고적림상개치。
Objective:To observe the significance of dynamic and multiple-phase scanning of spiral CT for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma.Method:83 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma treated in our hos-pital from 2008 to 2013 were selected, and the imaging data of CT scanning of patients was analyzed retro-spectively.Result:The positive rate of arterial phase, portal venous phase and lag phase of spiral CT scan-ning was evidently higher than those of plain scan ( P<0.05) .Scan mode detected that the signal of 52 cases was low density or equal density, there were 81 cases with evident enhancement in arterial phase.The mani-festation of 67 cases in portal vein phase was low-density signal.And the signal of 75 cases in delay phase was low density, and the variation characteristic was raising and reducing greatly.Conclusion: Compared with plain scan, the positive rate of dynamic and multiple-phase scanning of spiral CT is higher,and it can clearly reflect the features of hepatocellular carcinoma, which has higher clinical value for early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
