目的:探讨支气管哮喘患儿血清1,25-( OH)2 D3与基质金属蛋白酶9( MMP-9)的关系,为治疗患儿哮喘提供一个新的方法和理论依据。方法:收集本院住院的支气管患儿90例,分为轻度持续级、中度持续级和重度持续级三个级别,每组30例。随机选取30例健康体检儿童为对照组。用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组血清中的1,25-( OH)2 D3和MMP-9的含量。结果:轻度哮喘组血清中的1,25-( OH)2 D3和MMP-9的含量与对照组相比无统计学意义;中度哮喘组和重度哮喘组血清中的1,25-( OH)2 D3和MMP-9的含量与对照组相比均有统计学意义。结论:哮喘患儿可以通过补充1,25-( OH)2 D3来降低MMP-9在气道的高表达,减轻气道重塑,改善肺部功能,从而达到治疗支气管哮喘的目的。

Objective:To explore the correlation between the level of serum 1,25-( OH) 2 D3 and MMP-9 in children with asthma.Method:90 children with asthma were considered as asthma group, 30 healthy children were considered as control group.30 cases of mild persistent group, 30 cases of moderate persistent group and 30 cases of severe persistent group were chosen in the asthma children.The level of 1,25-( OH) 2 D3 and MMP-9 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) .Result:The level of 1,25-( OH) 2 D3 and MMP-9 in the persistent group was not correlated with the control group.The level of 1,25-( OH) 2 D3 and MMP-9 in the moderate persistent group and severe persistent group were correlated with the control group.Conclusion:1,25-( OH) 2 D3 can down-regulate the level of the MMP-9 and alleviate the established chronic asthma-induced airway remodeling, thus 1,25-( OH) 2 D3 can improve the lung function and treat the asthma.
