目的:探讨超声自动乳腺全容积扫描( ABVS )在鉴别诊断乳腺癌中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实120例(130个病灶)乳腺癌影像资料,所有患者均经ABVS和乳腺X线摄片( MG)检查,比较ABVS与MG的诊断效果。结果:120例乳腺癌患者中,经病理证实有130个病灶,其中恶性病灶57个,良性病灶73个;ABVS检出59例恶性病灶(假阳性7例),检出良性病灶71例(假阴性5例);MG检出49个恶性病灶(15个假阳性),良性病灶81个(12个假阴性);ABVS 诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均明显高于MG诊断方法(91.23%VS78.95,90.41%VS79.45%,90.77%VS79.23%,88.14%VS75.00%,92.96%VS82.86%)。结论:ABVS 对乳腺病灶的诊断效果明显优于MG ,能够为临床治疗提供更加完整、准确的诊断信息。
目的:探討超聲自動乳腺全容積掃描( ABVS )在鑒彆診斷乳腺癌中的應用價值。方法:迴顧性分析經病理證實120例(130箇病竈)乳腺癌影像資料,所有患者均經ABVS和乳腺X線攝片( MG)檢查,比較ABVS與MG的診斷效果。結果:120例乳腺癌患者中,經病理證實有130箇病竈,其中噁性病竈57箇,良性病竈73箇;ABVS檢齣59例噁性病竈(假暘性7例),檢齣良性病竈71例(假陰性5例);MG檢齣49箇噁性病竈(15箇假暘性),良性病竈81箇(12箇假陰性);ABVS 診斷靈敏度、特異度、準確度、暘性預測值、陰性預測值均明顯高于MG診斷方法(91.23%VS78.95,90.41%VS79.45%,90.77%VS79.23%,88.14%VS75.00%,92.96%VS82.86%)。結論:ABVS 對乳腺病竈的診斷效果明顯優于MG ,能夠為臨床治療提供更加完整、準確的診斷信息。

Objective:To study the value of ultrasonography automated breast volume scanner( ABVS) in differential diagnosis of breast cancer.Method:120 cases ( 130 lesions) breast cancer imaging data were retrospectively analyzed, all patients received examined by ABVC and mammography ( MG) , ABVS and MG diagnosis effect were compared.Result:120 patients with breast cancer, pathology confirmed 130 lesions, including 57 malignant lesions, 73 benign lesions; ABVS checked out 59 malignant lesions ( false positive 7), checked out benign lesions 71, (false negative 15);MG checked out 49 malignant lesions (false posi-tive 15) , benign lesions 81 ( false negatives 12);ABVS diagnostic sensitivity, specific degrees, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value were significantly higher than that MG diagnosis methods (91.23%versus 78.95, 90.41%VS 79.45%, 90.77%VS 79.23%, 88.14%VS 75.00%, 92.96%VS 82. 86%) .Conclusion:ABVS diagnosis effect is obviously better than MG, provide a more complete and accu-rate diagnostic information for clinical treatment.
