目的：观察及比较不同术式对直肠癌患者肛肠动力学及胃肠激素的影响程度。方法：选取2012年3月至2014年1月于本院进行手术治疗的60例直肠癌患者为研究对象，将其根据手术方式的不同分为A组（开腹手术组）30例和B组（腹腔镜手术组）30例，然后将两组手术前后的肛肠动力学指标及血清胃肠激素指标进行分别统计及比较。结果：B组术后1个月、3个月及6个月的肛肠动力学指标及血清胃肠激素指标均显著好于A组，P 均＜0．05，两组术后1个月、3个月及6个月的检测指标间均有显著性差异。结论：腹腔镜手术对直肠癌患者肛肠动力学及胃肠激素的不良影响明显小于开腹手术，更有助于患者术后的康复。
목적：관찰급비교불동술식대직장암환자항장동역학급위장격소적영향정도。방법：선취2012년3월지2014년1월우본원진행수술치료적60례직장암환자위연구대상，장기근거수술방식적불동분위A조（개복수술조）30례화B조（복강경수술조）30례，연후장량조수술전후적항장동역학지표급혈청위장격소지표진행분별통계급비교。결과：B조술후1개월、3개월급6개월적항장동역학지표급혈청위장격소지표균현저호우A조，P 균＜0．05，량조술후1개월、3개월급6개월적검측지표간균유현저성차이。결론：복강경수술대직장암환자항장동역학급위장격소적불량영향명현소우개복수술，경유조우환자술후적강복。
Objective:To observe and compare the influence degree of different operation methods for the anorectal dynamics and gastrointestinal hormones of patients with rectal carcinoma.Method:60 patients with rectal carcinoma treated with operation in our hospital from Mar.2012 to Jan.2014 were selected,and they were divided into group A ( open operation group with 30 cases) and group B( laparoscopic operation group with 30 cases) according to the differences of operation,then the anorectal dynamics indexes and serum gastrointestinal hormones indexes of two groups before and after the operation were respectively analyzed and compared.Result:The anorectal dynamics indexes and serum gastrointestinal hormones indexes of group B at first,third and sixth month after the operation were all significantly better than those of group A,the detection indexes of two groups at first,third and sixth month after the operation all had significant differences.Conclu-sion:The side effect of laparoscopic operation for the anorectal dynamics and gastrointestinal hormones of pa-tients with rectal carcinoma are smaller than those of open operation,and it is more benefit for the postopera-tive rehabilitation of patients.
