为了解决压电加速度传感器易受温度影响的缺点,通过分析其测量原理和温度变化对压电传感器性能的影响,提出了在压电加速度测量系统中加入热敏元件进行温度测量,并利用单片机软件进行自动实时温度补偿的方法。结果表明,实施温度补偿后,提高了压电加速度传感器的工作性能与可靠性。
為瞭解決壓電加速度傳感器易受溫度影響的缺點,通過分析其測量原理和溫度變化對壓電傳感器性能的影響,提齣瞭在壓電加速度測量繫統中加入熱敏元件進行溫度測量,併利用單片機軟件進行自動實時溫度補償的方法。結果錶明,實施溫度補償後,提高瞭壓電加速度傳感器的工作性能與可靠性。

In order to solve the problems of piezoelectric acceleration sensors are affected greatly by temperature,based on the analysis of the measuring principle of piezoelectric acceleration sensors and the influence of temperature on the performance of sensors,A method of in the piezoelectric acceleration measurement system with the temperature sensor for temperature measurement is proposed and the method of using the single chip microcomputer software for automatic temperature compensation is realized.The results show that after the implementation of temperature compensation the working performance and reliability ofpiezoelectric acceleration sensors are greatly increased.
