膝关节韧带损伤临床上很常见,MRI是目前膝关节韧带损伤检查较理想的检查方法,但MRI设备昂贵,很多基层医院尚未普及,据不完全统计本市的MRI占20%,而且MR影像是信号成像,影像连续性及三维立体感差,如有金属内置物,则不能进行MR检查,而MSCT则影响较小。目前,多排螺旋CT日益普及,多排螺旋CT的MPR重建技术在全身各个系统广泛应用,且MSCT可同时发现关节内外的并发损伤,可同时扫描双侧膝关节,另外,不需改动患肢自然体位,减少患者痛苦。就膝关节韧带损伤而言,国内文献报道很少,通过多排螺旋CT (MSCT)影像三维重建及MPR技术对膝关节交叉韧带损伤的影像诊断与MRI检查结果进行科学的对比研究,诊断附和率达97%,且多排螺旋CT的MPR重建技术对膝关节韧带损伤的诊断价值较MR检查更具有真实性、科学性及实用性,具有广泛的使用价值和推广价值。
