选用2种株型,4个优质谷子品种,在7个铝毒梯度下浸种,分别在种、芽、苗3个时期测定SOD、POD、黄酮、Vc、MDA、脯氨酸6个抗逆性指标,研究结果表明:公矮2号的种、芽、苗均脯氨酸含量高,公谷65号的种、苗Vc含量高,芽、苗POD活性高;公谷70号芽、苗均SOD活性和MDA含量高;抗性测定与育种实践吻合证明公矮2号抗逆性强,明确了综合抗逆性与谷子株型直接相关,确证了株型育种在抗逆、优质、高产育种中的作用。
選用2種株型,4箇優質穀子品種,在7箇鋁毒梯度下浸種,分彆在種、芽、苗3箇時期測定SOD、POD、黃酮、Vc、MDA、脯氨痠6箇抗逆性指標,研究結果錶明:公矮2號的種、芽、苗均脯氨痠含量高,公穀65號的種、苗Vc含量高,芽、苗POD活性高;公穀70號芽、苗均SOD活性和MDA含量高;抗性測定與育種實踐吻閤證明公矮2號抗逆性彊,明確瞭綜閤抗逆性與穀子株型直接相關,確證瞭株型育種在抗逆、優質、高產育種中的作用。
선용2충주형,4개우질곡자품충,재7개려독제도하침충,분별재충、아、묘3개시기측정SOD、POD、황동、Vc、MDA、포안산6개항역성지표,연구결과표명:공왜2호적충、아、묘균포안산함량고,공곡65호적충、묘Vc함량고,아、묘POD활성고;공곡70호아、묘균SOD활성화MDA함량고;항성측정여육충실천문합증명공왜2호항역성강,명학료종합항역성여곡자주형직접상관,학증료주형육충재항역、우질、고산육충중적작용。
Two species of plant type, four high-quality millet varieties are put into aluminum toxicity in seven gradient soaking, respectively, measured SOD, POD, flavonoids, Vc, MDA, proline 6 resistance indicators in kind, bud, seedling three periods. The results showed that: Gongai No.2 seed, sprouts, seedlings were with high proline content, Gonggu No.65, the seedlings were with high Vc content while sprouts were with high POD activities; Gonggu No.70 buds, seedlings were with high SOD activity and MDA content; the consistence of resistance determination and breeding practices proves the strong resistance of Gongai No.2, and indicates that the comprehensive resistance is directly related to millet plant type, and confirms the effect of plant type breeding in resilience, high quality and high yield breeding.
