对不同类型的鲜芒果和香蕉进行紫苏叶、保鲜膜及对照处理,分别对其进行了10&d保鲜,8大指标测定分析,结果表明:紫苏叶生物保鲜的果品呼吸强度、可溶性固形物、固酸比均最低;SOD活性、Vc含量、硬度、好果率均最高;只有总酸处于中等。从而初步认为紫苏叶生物保鲜果品品质、寿命好于化学保鲜膜及对照,证明生物保鲜是物美价廉、一举多得的果品保鲜发展必由之路。

대불동류형적선망과화향초진행자소협、보선막급대조처리,분별대기진행료10&d보선,8대지표측정분석,결과표명:자소협생물보선적과품호흡강도、가용성고형물、고산비균최저;SOD활성、Vc함량、경도、호과솔균최고;지유총산처우중등。종이초보인위자소협생물보선과품품질、수명호우화학보선막급대조,증명생물보선시물미개렴、일거다득적과품보선발전필유지로。
In this study, different types of fresh mango and banana were preserved by perilla leaf and plastic wrap for 10 days respectively with control processing. indicators showed that: fruits preserved by perilla leaf have lowest respiration intensity, soluble solid and solid acid ratio; have highest SOD activity, Vc content, hardness and good fruit rate; only the total acid in the medium. Thus initially suggests that perilla leaf used for biological fresh-keeping fruit quality, prolonging life is better than chemical preservative film and control, that is high quality and inexpensive biological preservation, and is also a road leading to multi-win development in fruit preservation.
