研究型大学继续教育在办学过程中存在着定位上的缺失、办学模式亟待转变、办学机制需要优化和质量保证体系有待完善等方面的问题，因此产生了价值、模式、层次、质量和机制五个方面的争论。要解决这些问题，研究型大学继续教育必须转型发展，明确继续教育的定位和发展路径，以信息化整合继续教育教学模式，以市场化推进继续教育办学模式改革，分阶段、分步骤推进学历教育向学历、非学历并重转变，建立和完善内部质量保证体系。
研究型大學繼續教育在辦學過程中存在著定位上的缺失、辦學模式亟待轉變、辦學機製需要優化和質量保證體繫有待完善等方麵的問題，因此產生瞭價值、模式、層次、質量和機製五箇方麵的爭論。要解決這些問題，研究型大學繼續教育必鬚轉型髮展，明確繼續教育的定位和髮展路徑，以信息化整閤繼續教育教學模式，以市場化推進繼續教育辦學模式改革，分階段、分步驟推進學歷教育嚮學歷、非學歷併重轉變，建立和完善內部質量保證體繫。

There are some questions on continuing education in research universities:the loss in positioning, the outdated running model and mechanism, and the poor quality assurance system, which leads to the arguments related to the value, model, level, quality and mechanism. To solve this questions, transformation development in continuing education in research universities is needed to make clear its positioning and path, integrate the teaching models with informatization, reform the education model with marketization, and gradually attach equal importance to academic& non-aca-demic education, and perfect the internal quality assurance system.
