廊坊市是全国严重缺水的地区之一，水资源的短缺已成为廊坊市国民经济持续快速健康发展的“瓶颈”，为了解决水资源的供需矛盾，对廊坊市的微咸水、雨水、再生水等水资源的开发利用进行调查，对非常规水资源开发利用潜力进行分析，提出非常规水资源的开发利用措施，对缓解廊坊市水资源供需矛盾提供建设性建议。

Langfang is one of the severe water shortage place across the country, the shortage of water resources in lang-fang has become a national economy sustained, rapid and sound development of the"bottleneck", in order to solve the contra-diction between supply and demand of water resources, the article carries out to investigate and utilize Langfang brackish wa-ter, rain water, recycled water, etc, the water resources. It analyzes the potential of unconventional water resources develop-ment, and puts forward measures for the development and utilization of unconventional water resources, to ease the contradic-tion between supply and demand of water resources shortage region in the langfang of Hebei province and provides some con-structive guidance.
