目的：观察干燥丝瓜叶水煎液的抗炎作用。方法分别采用二甲苯致耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿等炎症模型，观察干燥丝瓜叶水煎液的抗炎活性。结果干燥丝瓜叶水煎液在5～10 g／kg 的剂量范围内，能明显抑制二甲苯致耳肿胀程度和角叉菜胶诱导小鼠足跖肿胀程度，减轻肉芽肿重量。结论干燥丝瓜叶水煎液具有抗炎作用。
목적：관찰간조사과협수전액적항염작용。방법분별채용이갑분치이종창、각차채효치소서족척종창、대서면구육아종등염증모형，관찰간조사과협수전액적항염활성。결과간조사과협수전액재5～10 g／kg 적제량범위내，능명현억제이갑분치이종창정도화각차채효유도소서족척종창정도，감경육아종중량。결론간조사과협수전액구유항염작용。
Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of the aqueous extract of the dry leaf of luffa.Methods Using xylene induced ear edema , carrageenan induced mouse paw edema , rat granulo-ma inflammatory model to observe the anti-inflammatory activity of decoction of dry leaf of luffa .Resutl s Decoction of dry leaf of luffa in the 5~10 g/kg dose range can significantly suppress the degree of xy-lene induced ear swelling and carrageenan induced mouse paw swelling , reduce the weight of granuloma . Conclusion Decoction of dry leaf of luffa has anti-inflammatory effect .
