The application of three-dimensional visualization technology to water resources and hydropower engineering is become more and more popular. The application of GEOPAK to site model design is researched, and the workflow is introduced in this paper. More practical experiences are summarized in the projects. Practice shows that, the GEOPAK to water resources and hydropower engineering is feasible, and can improve the work efficiency.
