依据臂架最小幅度和额定载荷,将额定载荷、变幅绳拉力及提升力简化到臂架顶点,从设计源头出发分析其力学行为,找到臂架内力即轴向力、偏摆力、变幅绳拉力与额定载荷的关系,根据设计经验确定了轴向内应力与其总工作应力、临界应力与屈服极限的关系。也确定了基本臂架质量、臂架的主要断面及臂架根部的几何参数。根据系统的输入与输出关系,采用力学法,确定出系统的基本特性,并与实例计算结果进行对比,结果合理,为起重机初设提供了确定臂架重要参数的设计方法,提高了自主设计能力。

Based on the minimum range and rated load of the boom,the rated load,and pull force and lifting force of the derricking rope are simplified into the peak of the boom,in order to find out the relationship between the boom inner force (including axial force,deflection force,and pull force of the derricking rope) and the rated load from the design source.Considering the design experience,the relations between axial inner stress and overall working stress,between criti-cal stress and yield limit are determined,so are the geometric parameters for basic boom mass,main cross-section and boom root as well.According to input and output relation,the basic characteristics of the system is determined using me-chanical method,which is compared with the calculation result,showing well agreement.The mentioned design can provide important parameters of the boom for initial design of the crane and improve self-design capacity.
