目的:评价低剂量多巴酚丁胺负荷MRI结合MR心肌标记成像评价心室壁运动功能的价值。方法8只犬建立急性心肌梗死模型后,分别实施低剂量多巴酚丁胺负荷cine-MRI和心肌标记的低剂量多巴酚丁胺负荷cine-MRI,分析和对比两种技术在判断左心室壁运动的差别。结果 cine-MRI显示在实施多巴酚丁胺负荷前后,左心室各节段WMSI差异有统计学意义(1.44?±?0.18?vs?1.27?±?0.12,P?=?0.043);采用MR心肌标记技术也显示,在多巴酚丁胺负荷前后,左心室壁诸节段的运动也存在显著差异(1.30?±?0.13?vs?1.14?±?0.10,P?=?0.015)。两种不同方法检测的WMSI之间差异有统计学意义(1.27?±?0.12?vs?1.14?±?0.10,P?=?0.034)。结论心肌标记的低剂量多巴酚丁胺负荷cine-MRI技术是一种准确评价室壁运动异常的工具,为临床评价心室壁运动功能提供了一种新的方法。

ObjectiveTo?evaluate?the?potential?of?myocardium?function?estimation?using?low-dose?dobutamine?stress?cardiac?MR?with?tagging.?Methods Acute?myocardial?infarction?was?induced?in?eight?mongrel?dogs?by?ligation?in?the?left?anterior?descending?coronary?artery?distal?to?its?first?diagonal?branch.?Then?low-dose?dobutamine?stress?cardiac?cine-MR?with?and?without?myocardial?tagging?were?both?performed?to?analyze?wall?motion?of?left?ventricle.?Results There?was?a?significant?difference?between?WMSI?measured?from?cine-MR?at?rest?and?with?stress(1.44?±?0.18?vs?1.27?±?0.12,?P?=?0.043).?Using?cine-MR?with?myocardial?tagging?there?was?also?a?significant?difference?between?the?test?with?stress?and?at?rest(1.30?±?0.13?vs?1.14?±?0.10,?P?=?0.015).?With?stress,?WMSI?from?cine-MR?with?and?without?myocardial?tagging?have?marked?difference (1.14?±?0.12?vs?1.27?±?0.10,?P?=?0.034).?Conclusion The?application?of?low-dose?dobutamine?stress?cardiac?MR?with?tagging?is?an?objective?and?accurate?method?to?evaluate?wall?motion?abnormality,?which?may?provide?a?new?strategy?to?estimate?ischemic?heart?diseases.
