多色基因组原位杂交（multi-color genomic in situ hybridization，McGISH）鉴定结果表明，MTPP-58有58条染色体，其中11条染色体来自玉米，28条染色体来自四倍体多年生大刍草，17条染色体来自指状摩擦禾和2条玉米与四倍体多年生大刍草易位的染色体。2012－2013年对 MTPP-58的饲草产量、品质、越冬率以及繁殖特性研究表明，第1年鲜、干草产量分别为93．845 t／hm2和22．083 t／hm2，第2年鲜、干草产量分别为82．851 t／hm2和14．394 t／hm2；粗蛋白（CP）为10．48％，干茎叶比为0．71，越冬率为100％。MTPP-58下部茎干扦插成活率为51．69％，分株成活率为95．50％。多种属聚合远缘杂交创制的 MTPP-58聚合了玉米、大刍草、摩擦禾的优良特性，植株根系发达，生长繁茂，分蘖和抗寒性强，生产性能优，可无性繁殖，是一种多种属间杂交创制的新型多年生饲草。
다색기인조원위잡교（multi-color genomic in situ hybridization，McGISH）감정결과표명，MTPP-58유58조염색체，기중11조염색체래자옥미，28조염색체래자사배체다년생대추초，17조염색체래자지상마찰화화2조옥미여사배체다년생대추초역위적염색체。2012－2013년대 MTPP-58적사초산량、품질、월동솔이급번식특성연구표명，제1년선、간초산량분별위93．845 t／hm2화22．083 t／hm2，제2년선、간초산량분별위82．851 t／hm2화14．394 t／hm2；조단백（CP）위10．48％，간경협비위0．71，월동솔위100％。MTPP-58하부경간천삽성활솔위51．69％，분주성활솔위95．50％。다충속취합원연잡교창제적 MTPP-58취합료옥미、대추초、마찰화적우량특성，식주근계발체，생장번무，분얼화항한성강，생산성능우，가무성번식，시일충다충속간잡교창제적신형다년생사초。
Multi-color genomic in situ hybridization (McGISH)was employed to identify the chromosomal com-position of Yuqilin 58 (MTPP-58),derived from the tri-generic hybridization of Zea mays ,Zea perennis and Tripsacum dactyloides .GISH (Genomic in situ hybridization)showed that MTPP-58 is an aneuploid with 58 chromosomes;11,28 and 17 chromosomes came from Z .mays ,Z .perennis and T.dactyloides respectively. Translocation of chromosomes between Z .mays and Z .perennis accounted for the balance.Assessment of forage yield,forage quality,over wintering rate and reproductive characteristics showed that the fresh and dry hay yield of MTPP-58 were 93.845 t/ha and 22.083 t/ha respectively,in the first year,and 82.851 t/ha and 14.394 t/ha respectively,in the second year.The crude protein content of the forage was 10.48% with a leaf/stem ratio of 0.71.Winter survival rate was 100%.MTPP-58 displayed a number of desirable characteristics including good growth,a well-developed root system,good tillering ability and good reproductive potential suggesting it has good potential for ongoing development.
