鉴于传统装配线单一目标的研究忽略了装配线各个目标间的相互联系,在分析总结了乘用车发动机生产线工艺现状的基础上建立了单边生产线平衡的多目标数学模型,最小化生产节拍,优化工作站负荷继而提高产能,并借助相应权重对数学模型进行整合。进而通过求解器 lingo11.0对数学模型进行求解,找到全局最优解。通过实例分析,证明了该多目标数学模型的有效性,能够满足各项工艺要求,求解结果能有效的解决乘用车发动机生产平衡问题。

As the traditional assembly line balancing only optimizes the single objective ignoring the relationships between each other,this study made a donation of constructing a multi -objective mathematical model minimizing the cycle time, optimizing tasks and increasing the capacity on the foundation of the present situation of the passenger car engine assembly line. Besides,a solution method combined the objectives with the right weight.The mathematical models proposed in this paper are implemented by the syntax of Lingo11.0 finding the global optimum solutions.Finally,a case study showed that experimental results demonstrate that the model is efficient,meets the demand of process and solves the problem of the assembly line balance.
