针对传统带式输送机设计现状和问题,以复杂地形条件下的长距离带式输送工程为对象,分析长距离带式输送机转弯变坡的运行特性,从工程设计角度提出设计思路。以工程经济合理性为目标,探讨线路选择、输送机布置等方面问题,以期对类似工程项目提供启发和参考。
針對傳統帶式輸送機設計現狀和問題,以複雜地形條件下的長距離帶式輸送工程為對象,分析長距離帶式輸送機轉彎變坡的運行特性,從工程設計角度提齣設計思路。以工程經濟閤理性為目標,探討線路選擇、輸送機佈置等方麵問題,以期對類似工程項目提供啟髮和參攷。
침대전통대식수송궤설계현상화문제,이복잡지형조건하적장거리대식수송공정위대상,분석장거리대식수송궤전만변파적운행특성,종공정설계각도제출설계사로。이공정경제합이성위목표,탐토선로선택、수송궤포치등방면문제,이기대유사공정항목제공계발화삼고。
In terms of the current design situations and problems of traditional belt conveyer,the long-distance belt conveyor under complex topographic condition is taken as an example,the moving behavior of the belt conveyer in turning and slope changing is analyzed,the design idea is put forward from the perspective of engineering design,and the route se-lection and conveyor arrangement are discussed for the purpose of economic rationality,in order to provide enlightenment and reference for similar engineering projects.
