With the organizational pattern of bureaucracy, a company may face many problems such as too many levels in the management system, over-staffing, excessive division of labor, inefficiency, poor information flow, lack of regulation, obsession with control, and complexities of business. Suggestions are provided, which include delayering of the organizational structure to reduce redundancies, optimizing business process to make redundant labor surface, and using outsourcing services to reduce labor demand.
