SINOPEC Procurement Division (SINOPEC Int’l.) has been focusing on guiding young employees’ ideological development. With a problem and demand-oriented approach, the company established five youth work mechanisms, which are to keep in touch with the youth, to stimulate the youth, to inspire the youth, to enable the youth and to support the youth, providing useful experience for enterprises in enhancing Youth League work and fostering the development of the youth.
