民办应用型本科院校“双师型”教师队伍与研究性大学科研型教师队伍和高等职业教育实践型教师队伍有着显著的区别。本文从民办应用型本科院校“双师型”教师队伍建设现存的实际问题出发,从目前的教师结构、“双师型”教师培养渠道、激励机制等方面进行了初步的分析,并从培养模式、激励措施、考核体系等方面提出了一些针对性的解决办法。

There is an obvious difference between "double type" teachers of private applied undergraduate colleges and those college research-oriented teachers and higher vocational education practical teachers. This pa-per, starting from the existing problems in the construction of"double type"teachers in private applied undergrad-uate college, preliminary analyzes the teacher's structure, "double type" teacher training channels and incentive mechanism, and puts forward some corresponding solutions in terms of the training mode, incentives, assessment system and etc.
