用室内模拟的方法,对“午夜”“新歌来德”“抢手股”3种草地早熟禾种子进行4种不同浓度(0、1、1.5、2 mmol ▌L -1)的NaCl溶液盐胁迫试验,结果表明:盐浓度越高,植物受到的盐胁迫越大;3种早熟禾种子中,发芽率、胚根长度和胚芽长度最高的均为午夜种子,最低的为抢手股种子。午夜种子的综合能力较强,最适合应用于抗盐碱土地中,新歌来德次之,而抢手股不适合种植在盐碱地中。
用室內模擬的方法,對“午夜”“新歌來德”“搶手股”3種草地早熟禾種子進行4種不同濃度(0、1、1.5、2 mmol ▌L -1)的NaCl溶液鹽脅迫試驗,結果錶明:鹽濃度越高,植物受到的鹽脅迫越大;3種早熟禾種子中,髮芽率、胚根長度和胚芽長度最高的均為午夜種子,最低的為搶手股種子。午夜種子的綜閤能力較彊,最適閤應用于抗鹽堿土地中,新歌來德次之,而搶手股不適閤種植在鹽堿地中。
용실내모의적방법,대“오야”“신가래덕”“창수고”3충초지조숙화충자진행4충불동농도(0、1、1.5、2 mmol ▌L -1)적NaCl용액염협박시험,결과표명:염농도월고,식물수도적염협박월대;3충조숙화충자중,발아솔、배근장도화배아장도최고적균위오야충자,최저적위창수고충자。오야충자적종합능력교강,최괄합응용우항염감토지중,신가래덕차지,이창수고불괄합충식재염감지중。
Experiments of salt stress with four different concentrations of NaCl solutions (0 ,1 ,1 .5 ,2 mmol ▌L -1 ) on Poa pratensis‘Wuye’ ,P .pratensis‘Xingelaide’ ,P .pratensis‘Qiangshougu’were conducted by using indoor simulation method .Results showed that :the higher salt concentration ,the greater the plant received salt stress;a‐mong the three kinds of Poa p ratensis seeds ,germination rate ,length of radicle and germ of P .p ratensis‘Wuye’are all the maximum ;germination rate ,length of radicle and germ of P .p ratensis‘Qiangshougu’ seeds are all the low‐est .Seeds for P .pratensis‘Wuye’ ,which have the stronger comprehensive ability ,are the most suitable for saline‐alkali land ,followed by P .pratensis‘Xingelaide’ ;P .pratensis‘Qiangshougu’ is not suitable for cultivation in sa‐line‐alkali soil .
