本文所提出的变工况机械密封试验台是一套模拟机械密封工作状况的试验设备，分为试验台本体和测控系统两部分。试验台本体的主要功能是机械密封工况环境的模拟，包括密封试件运动、密封压力调节、密封介质供给等。为了满足不同测试条件，试验台方案设置了两套密封介质供应及循环系统。测控系统主要包括硬件部分和软件部分，温度、压力、转速、转矩等信号的采集与处理都是通过测试系统来实现的，试验台启停及转速控制也通过测控系统来实现。

Varied Working Condition Mechanical Seal Test-bed is a test equipment to imitate the condition of mechanical seal, which consists of the test-bed itself and the measurement and control system. The main function of test-bed is to imitate its environmental condition, including sealing element motion, pressure adjust, medium supply and etc.. In order to satisfy different testing conditions, the program sets two sealed medium supply and cir-culation system. Measurement control system consists of hardware and software, the function of which is to collect and dispose temperature, pressure, rotate speed and torque. What's more, it can control the start and stop of test-bed, and adjust its speed.
