This article describes the TS30 total station and its built‐in onboard monitoring software ,and its inherent accuracy of observation analyzes that TS30 total station can reach a pit monitoring requirements below ;also introduced with the full TS30 station outside the industry observation instrument software to match three‐dimensional deformation monitoring data processing system within the industry , and its application in specific excavation monitoring project ,the pit deformation analyzes the reasons put forward solutions ,through a convenient and timely observations outside the industry data processing within the industry that the TS30 total station and its three‐dimensional deformation monitoring system can solve modern excavation monitoring timely , high precision and high efficiency requirements , and provide reference for other cases .
