淤泥质粘土地基是施工中常见的一种软弱地基,必须预先处理后才可作为地基使用。结合某多层房屋建筑工程淤泥质粘土地基处理案例,讨论袋装砂井竖向排水系统的设计要点、施工操作要点,以及砂袋随套管上拔问题的处理措施等。实践结果表明:通过对处理后的地基进行现场载荷试验,采用袋装砂井预压法加固的淤泥质粘土地基,能达到理想的加固效果,具有施工简单灵活、振动及噪音小、对周围建筑物的扰动小、成本低、效率高等优点。

The silt and clay is a common engineering a weak foundation , but must be pre treated as foundation use .In this paper ,combined with construction of a multi‐storey building silt clay foundation treatment case , discussed the key points of design , key points of operation of bag sand well vertical drainage system construction ,and the sand bag with casing treatment measures for the problems such as pull .The practice results indicated that ,through field loading tests on the treated ground shows that , strengthening silt and clay bagged sand drain preloading method ,can reach the reinforcement effect is ideal ,has the advantages of simple construction and flexible ,vibration and noise ,small disturbance to surrounding buildings ,low cost ,high efficiency .
