目的：探讨关键监测指标在320排悦栽对急性胸痛患者诊断中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的行悦栽检查的71例急性胸痛患者按就诊时间段分为对照组(35例)和实验组(36例)。对照组给予常规护理，实验组建立以悦栽检查相关危险因素为核心的关键监测指标，把管理、反馈、干预机制贯穿于关键监测指标实施的全过程。对比两组患者对悦栽检查相关知识掌握程度、关键监测指标完成达标率以及配合检查的依从性。结果实验组患者对悦栽检查相关知识掌握程度、关键监测指标完成达标率以及患者配合检查依从性均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关键监测指标应用于急性胸痛患者悦栽检查中，可有效地提高患者的遵医行为和自我效能，达到提高图像质量的目的。

Objective To explore the application effect of key monitoring indicators on the diagnosis of 320 slice CT in patients with acute chest pain. Methods 71 patients with acute chest pain treated in our hospital were divided into control group (35 cases) and experimental group (36 cases) according to the registration order. The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was conducted key monitoring indicators with CT related risk factors at the core, and undertook management, feedback, intervention throughout the whole process. The patients' mastery of CT related knowledge, attainment rate of key monitoring indicators and compliance in the two groups were compared. Results The patients' mastery of CT related knowledge, attainment rate of key monitoring indicators and compliance in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of key monitoring indicators in CT examination of patients with acute chest pain can effectively improve the compliance behavior and self-efficacy of patients, and achieve the purpose of improving image quality.
