在UPS系统扩容工程中,交流负载不停电割接并网是工程实施过程中必不可少的步骤和重要环节。然而,交流电源割接不同于直流电源割接,新建系统相线与原有系统对应相线间的相位差是一项关键的指标,如果相位差过大,并网将会引起短路事故。因此,如何制订安全可靠、切实可行的负载不停电割接方案,成为设计、施工和管理人员必须高度重视的一项重要工作。通过分析UPS系统的构成、割接前需准备的事项,总结以往割接的成功经验,提出科学实用的割接方案和割接操作步骤。

In the reconstruction project of UPS system, the AC load cutover is essential implementation steps and important link in the process of project. However, the AC power supply cutover is different from the DC power supply cutover, the corresponding phase difference of live wire between the new system and the original system is a key index. If the phase difference is too big, it wil cause a short circuit accident. Therefore, how to establish the reliable and practicable load uninterrupted cutover proposal become an important work, for which engineers of design, construction and management must pay great attention. Through the analysis of the composition of UPS system,combined with the items need to be prepared before the cutover,it summariz-es the successful previous experiences on cutover, put forward the scientific and practical cutover solution and cutover steps.
