基于工作过程为导向的学习领域课程体系是对传统学科课程体系的一次变革。文中结合六安职业技术学院物流管理专业的教学实践，在走访调研的基础上，首先阐述了高职院校物流管理专业课程体系建设面临的三大问题，然后立足采购、运输、仓储和配送四个工作岗位详细分析了现代中小型物流企业典型工作任务和核心职业能力，最后构建了完全符合市场需求的高职物流管理专业学习领域课程体系。

Learning Field Curriculum System based on working process is a transformation of the traditional subject orientation course.By carrying out questionnaire surveys and teaching practice in Lu'an Vocational Technology College Logistics Management Specialty,firstly,three questions in the course of the construction of Curriculum System for Logistics Management Specialty has been stated in this paper;Secondly,the typical tasks and professional abilities in small and medium -sized logistics businesses in connection with four typical vocational positions such as purchasing management,transportation management, warehousing management and distribution managementdistribution management has been analyzed;thirdly,learning field curriculum system for Higher Vocational college Logistics Management Specialty has been constructed which can be used to meet the market demand completely.
