目的:探讨心理沟通在特需门诊护理中的应用效果。方法将2012年8月至2014年2月在我院特需门诊就诊的100例患者随机分为两组各50例。对照组患者给予常规就诊护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上重点加强心理沟通。比较两组患者护理前后SDS、 SAS评分及护理服务(就诊环境、就诊指导、个人隐私保护及康复指导)满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的SDS、 SAS评分均显著降低,且观察组降低程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理服务满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特需门诊护理中加强心理沟通,能明显缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等心理,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of psychological communication in the nursing of VIP clinic. Methods 100 patients admitted to VIP clinic in our hospital from August 2012 to February 2014 were randomized into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional medical nursing, the observation group focused on strengthening psychological communication on the basis of the control group. SDS, SAS scores before and after nursing, nursing service (including environment, guidance, personal privacy protection and rehabilitation guidance ) satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, SDS, SAS scores of the two groups significantly decreased, and the drop degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The nursing service satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Psychological communication in nursing of VIP clinic can significantly relieve patients' anxiety and depression, and improve patients' nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
