快速消费品是人们的日常生活用品,具有消耗量大、重复购买率高、使用周期短的特点。近年来,快速消费品呈现出良好的发展态势,行业竞争也日趋激烈。文中建立了基于系统动力学的快速消费品配送中心的动态仿真模型,利用 Vensim 软件进行模拟仿真,将是否有必要在现有配送中心数量的基础上新建一个配送中心进行定量化、直观的呈现,用系统的观点分析、思考物流系统中各环节的行为方式及其结果。

Fast moving consumer goods is the necessities in people's daily life,with the characteristics of large amount consumption,high rate of repeat purchase and short cycle.In recent years,the fast moving consumer goods has shown a good momentum of development and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.This paper established a dynamic simulation model of fast moving consumer goods distribution center based on system dynamics.The model which is simulated by Vensim software will show whether it is necessary to build a new distribution center based on the existing distribution centers in a quantified and an intuitive presentation.We think of each link in the logistics system behavior and its results in the view of system analysis.
