目的:观察瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性自发性脑出血的临床疗效及其对血清氧自由基丙二醛(MDA)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。方法:将本院60例急性自发性脑出血患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服瑞舒伐他汀,10mg/次,每晚服用1次,疗程为14d;分别于治疗前后测定两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分(neurological deficiency score,NDS),血清MDA、IL-1β和TNF-α水平。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组NDS值、MDA、IL-1β及TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀可以降低急性自发性脑出血患者的血清MDA、IL-1β和TNF-α水平,提示该药可通过抑制氧化应激和炎症反应的途径发挥治疗作用。

목적:관찰서서벌타정치료급성자발성뇌출혈적림상료효급기대혈청양자유기병이철(MDA)、백개소-1β(IL-1β)화종류배사인자(TNF-α)적영향。방법:장본원60례급성자발성뇌출혈환자수궤분위대조조30례화치료조30례,대조조채취상규치료,치료조재대조조적기출상구복서서벌타정,10mg/차,매만복용1차,료정위14d;분별우치료전후측정량조환자적신경공능결손정도평분(neurological deficiency score,NDS),혈청MDA、IL-1β화TNF-α수평。결과:여대조조상비,치료조NDS치、MDA、IL-1β급TNF-α수평균현저강저(P<0.05)。결론:서서벌타정가이강저급성자발성뇌출혈환자적혈청MDA、IL-1β화TNF-α수평,제시해약가통과억제양화응격화염증반응적도경발휘치료작용。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and malondialdehyde (MDA), interleukin -1β (IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α)with rosuvastatin in patients with acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Randomly dividing 60 patients with acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital into the control group of 30 cases and rosuvastatin treatment group of 30 cases, the control group were taked conventional therapy, the treatment group were treated with rosuvastatin on the basis of the conventional therapy, 10mg qn, treatment for 14 days, measured the two groups of patients with NDS, serum MDA, IL-1βand TNF-αbefore and after treatment.Result:Compared with the control group, the NDS, MDA, IL-1β and TNF-α of treatment group were significantly reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin can reduce serum MDA, IL-1βand TNF-αof patients with acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage, revealing that the drug may exert a therapeutic effect through the inhibition of oxidative stress and inflammatory response.
