选取 Flexsim 仿真软件,以供应链运作流程为基础,建立 Flexsim 仿真模型,详细分析采取制造商延迟策略前后供应链运作的变化。结果显示:供应链上采取制造商延迟策略,在满足顾客差异化的需求基础上,能降低供应链的整体库存水平,也能带来规模经济效益,真正实现推拉式供应链运作;供应链上供应商的供应能力和制造商的购买能力能够影响制造商延迟策略在供应链上的实施效果。

This article chooses Flexsim software as the simulation research tool,bases on flowchart of supply chain, establishes simulation models to analyze changes of supply chain operations before and after taking manufacturer -postponement strategy.Findings show:on the basis of meeting the diversification demand,implementing manufacturer -postponement strategy doesn't only reduce inventory level,but also achieves scale economic benefit,and really realizes push -pull supply chain operating mode;the ability of suppliers'supplying raw materials and manufacturer's purchasing raw materials directly influence supply chain performance after implementing manufacturer -postponement strategy.
