将Ⅲ类再生骨料掺入C60混凝土中,研究其对混凝土性能(抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性能、抗冻性能和抗收缩性能)的影响;同时掺入混凝土膨胀剂,研究其对混凝土性能改善效果。试验结果表明:Ⅲ类再生骨料替代率为15%时,对C60混凝土抗压强度、抗冻性能和抗氯离子渗透性能无明显影响;Ⅲ类再生骨料替代率为15%时,细骨料对C60混凝土抗收缩性能无不利影响,而粗骨料影响显著;C60混凝土掺入膨胀剂后,仅对抗收缩性能具有一定改善效果,对其他性能无改善作用。
將Ⅲ類再生骨料摻入C60混凝土中,研究其對混凝土性能(抗壓彊度、抗氯離子滲透性能、抗凍性能和抗收縮性能)的影響;同時摻入混凝土膨脹劑,研究其對混凝土性能改善效果。試驗結果錶明:Ⅲ類再生骨料替代率為15%時,對C60混凝土抗壓彊度、抗凍性能和抗氯離子滲透性能無明顯影響;Ⅲ類再生骨料替代率為15%時,細骨料對C60混凝土抗收縮性能無不利影響,而粗骨料影響顯著;C60混凝土摻入膨脹劑後,僅對抗收縮性能具有一定改善效果,對其他性能無改善作用。
장Ⅲ류재생골료참입C60혼응토중,연구기대혼응토성능(항압강도、항록리자삼투성능、항동성능화항수축성능)적영향;동시참입혼응토팽창제,연구기대혼응토성능개선효과。시험결과표명:Ⅲ류재생골료체대솔위15%시,대C60혼응토항압강도、항동성능화항록리자삼투성능무명현영향;Ⅲ류재생골료체대솔위15%시,세골료대C60혼응토항수축성능무불리영향,이조골료영향현저;C60혼응토참입팽창제후,부대항수축성능구유일정개선효과,대기타성능무개선작용。
In this paper,the performance(compressive strength,resistance of concrete to chloride penetration,resistance of concrete to freezing and thawing and resistance of concrete to shrinkage)of C60 concrete incorporating with class Ⅲ recycled aggregate would be studied;meanwhile,the improved performance of C60 recycled aggregate concrete incorporating with concrete expansive agent would be studied. The results indicated that there would be no effect on resistance of concrete to chloride penetration,resistance of concrete to freezing and thawing when class Ⅲ recycled aggregate replacement rate was 15%;there would be no effect on resistance of concrete to shrinkage when class Ⅲ recycled fine aggregate replacement rate was 15%;however,there would be some effect on resistance of concrete to shrinkage when class Ⅲ recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate was 15%;the method of incorporating with concrete expansive agent would only have improved resistance of C60 recycled aggregate concrete to shrinkage.
