针对运输需要,基于堆取料机整机结构及行走机构的承载特点,采用液压千斤顶的称重方法,以堆取料机臂架在不同的工况下,测量行走机构(台车架)上各个称重点承载数据,计算出整机重力,并通过其力矩关系,计算出整机重心位置。此称重方法操作简单快捷、成本极低,能提供准确的数值,具有广阔的应用前景。

Considering the transport demand,based on the load-bearing features of the stacker and reclaimer and trav-elling mechanism,the hydraulic jack is used as the weighing method.With the boom of stacker and reclaimer under differ-ent working-conditions,the data of load bearing for each weighing point on the travelling mechanism (bogie frame) is col-lected in order to measure the gravity of the complete machine.The center-of-gravity position is calculated with the aid of the moment relation.The weighing method is simple and efficient,with very low cost,providing accurate values and showing broad application prospects.
