针对边双刮板链工作时左右链条受力不均的问题,基于多刚体动力学理论,模拟了各链结间及链结与刮板间的柔性连接并进行了相关的刚度计算,讨论了冲击函数的参数选用原则,建立了包括中部槽、压链板在内的完整刮板链系统动力学模型,并对空载启动、松边单链卡死及紧边单链断开等工况进行了动力学仿真。结果表明,现有的中部槽链道满足通过性要求,单链卡死可造成链条断裂,单链断裂后的刮板链呈平行四边形状,会造成链道内的窝链现象。
針對邊雙颳闆鏈工作時左右鏈條受力不均的問題,基于多剛體動力學理論,模擬瞭各鏈結間及鏈結與颳闆間的柔性連接併進行瞭相關的剛度計算,討論瞭遲擊函數的參數選用原則,建立瞭包括中部槽、壓鏈闆在內的完整颳闆鏈繫統動力學模型,併對空載啟動、鬆邊單鏈卡死及緊邊單鏈斷開等工況進行瞭動力學倣真。結果錶明,現有的中部槽鏈道滿足通過性要求,單鏈卡死可造成鏈條斷裂,單鏈斷裂後的颳闆鏈呈平行四邊形狀,會造成鏈道內的窩鏈現象。

In terms of uniform stresses borne by both left and right chains with the double-side scraper chain in opera-tion,the flexible connection between chain joints,between the chain joint and scraper are simulated based on rigid multi-body dynamic theory,with related rigidity calculation.The principle of parameter selection of impact functions is discussed as well.The complete dynamic model for the scraper system is developed including middle trough and scrapping belt for the purpose of dynamic simulation of no-load start-up,slack-side single chain blockage,and tight-side single chain breakage, etc.The result shows that the existing chain channel for middle slot is available to smoothly pass through.Single-chain get-ting stuck may cause chain breakage,and the broken scrapper indicates parallelogram shape,resulting in chain nesting in the chain channel.
