Building materials quality is one of the most important factors affecting the quality of engineering,building materials witness sampling and inspecting is an effective measure to control building materials quality. In this paper the existing problems of the building materials witness sampling and inspecting has been studied,and the ten systems improving this work are proposed,in order to ensure the quality of building materials in construction engineering fundamentally.
